CareArt was formed by a team with numerous years’ of experience in the Healthcare sector, such as home care for the elderly. The people running it are exceptionally experienced and came together to have a positive impact on the levels of home care services available within our organisation.
At CareArt, we want our clients to relax knowing they can receive affordable custom care without leaving their homes. In addition to our passion for caring for others, our company’s competitive edge lies in our specialised elderly and family care services.

Our main focus will always be making sure you receive the highest quality of care. That’s why all CareArt Caregiver will receive ongoing, comprehensive training. At CareArt, we encourage our caregivers to establish long-lasting relationships with our service users and their families while practicing person-centered care. We want our clients to experience distinctive attention with a compassionate touch.
Our in-house Training manager, care coordinator, and senior team members have all seen care at its best and worst and share a passion to provide the best care we can. We are all experienced carers who are still involved in delivering care to the community,

Our Aims
It is the aim of CareArt UK Ltd to deliver a service of personal care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of dependent clients (“Service Users”) in their own (home) environment. This will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care Practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment.

Evidence-based decision making: As an organisation, we have committed to only make decisions relating to our QMS following an analysis of relevant data and information.

Relationship management: We recognise that an organisation and the relationship it has with its external providers are interdependent and a mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability of both to create value.
Our policy is also to meet the requirements of other interested parties and in meeting our social, environmental, charitable, regulatory and legislative responsibilities.
We have produced quality objectives which relate to this policy and they can be found in document QF02 Quality Objectives.
This policy is available/communicated to all interested parties as well as being made available to the wider community through publication on our Website, Company Noticeboard and Intranet.
